This summer join us for the lululemon MOA Summer Series. From June 2nd through September 15th, meet us at Four Seasons Minneapolis - Riva Terrace to take part in exciting, curated events designed to get you moving outdoors with rooftop views of the Minneapolis skyline!

This event will be a full body strength-training based workout! Guests can expect a fun, go-at-your-own-pace sweat sesh that is designed for all levels of fitness!

About Demi & Ashley:

Ashley & Demi met nearly 10 years ago as teammates for an NBA dance team & were captains together. After leading & working together, they knew that they had the potential to become the perfect storm (no pun intended). When brainstorming about what style of group fitness studio to open next, they knew they wanted to create a groundbreaking experience that the Midwest has not seen yet. The answer to that question quickly became the combination of two of their favorite types of exercise: Stairs & Strength. From that moment on, they just knew it was going to TAKE OFF!
