GDC Prep Series - Part 2: Pitching Publishers

La présentation se tiendra en anglais.

This session will focus on the needed preparations to successfully pitch publishers at GDC. This will cover the pitch itself, needed materials, and how to score meetings ahead of the show.

Note, studios who attend this session are eligible to book a 1-on-1 pitch/materials review meeting with Astrid and Jason the following week (more details coming soon).

Astrid Rosemarin

Astrid is the Communications Manager at Rogue Factor, developers of Mordheim: City of the Damned and currently working on Necromunda: Underhive Wars. Previously she was at Execution Labs, and worked closely with over a dozen independent game studios to help them identify and achieve their unique communications, community, and business development goals. More generally she tries to lend her expertise to others in the local industry, including mentoring with Pixelles and at GamePlay Space in Montreal.


Jason Della Rocca

Jason is a game industry entrepreneur, funding advisor, and cluster expert. He specializes in business/partnership development, pitching/funding, and ecosystem/cluster development. As the co-founder of Executions Labs, he was a hands-on early stage investor to over 20 independent game studios from North America and Europe.
