ABOUT THIS SESSION:

The MakingItWork roundtable, led by Nordicity, will provide participants with detailed information about the research project, and will also create a space for participants to discuss their personal experiences as employees, employers, artists and/or cultural workers. This discussion will focus on the following key issue areas: career pathways, diversity, growth & sustainabiliy, livelihoods, and workplace culture.

The Hamilton MakingItWork roundtable is the sixth in a series of community roundtables taking place over the next few months. The primary objective of the roundtables is to gather the narrative and qualitative data that helps us better understand the different career pathways in the broader cultural sector, as well as dive deeper into what skills are needed for success in the sector.

Space is very limited, so please RSVP if you'd like to attend!
