In part two of this workshop we will delve further into strategies to support your own emotional health as a parent/caregiver and children's emotional health and well-being. We will discuss concepts such as thinking strategies and growth mindset, co-parenting, as well as managing boundaries and routines at home.

This workshop will be available in a hybrid format so you have the option of attending in person or virtually. Please indicate how you will be attending in the questions section.
