The Microsoft Project Training Course will prepare you for efficiently track your project teams, schedules, tasks and finances, manage your entire project and accurately report your progression to date.

This instructor-led course presents the basic concepts of MS Project. You will create a project plan containing tasks, organize these tasks in a work breakdown structure containing task relationships, create and assign resources, finalize the project to implement the project plan and keep your projects on time and within budget.

Training Type: Classroom Training – Downtown Toronto

Fee: $525 plus tax - Bring your laptop : $475 plus tax

Duration: 2 days Saturday- Sunday 10 AM- 05 PM

Course Level: Fundamentals + Intermediate (Level 1+ Level 2) – (For MS.Project advanced level, take our Microsoft Project Advanced Training)

Number of students per session: Our class sizes are typically 4-6 students per session. Our classes are intentionally kept small in order to foster more interaction between the instructor and students. We limit classes to a maximum of six (6) students unless we are teaching a private group or organization. Each student is provided with a laptop with Microsoft Project 2016 (Windows) already installed.

Bring your laptop: Save $ 50 “$475 only” (Your laptop with Microsoft Project 2013, 2016 or MS.Project 2019 installed.

This Microsoft Project training course is designed to help you track, manage, and report on the many tasks and resources necessary to complete virtually any project. MS. Project 2019 Works in every industry “construction, technology, pharmaceutical” is being organized around projects.

Microsoft Project Training: Learning Outcomes:

Upon successful completion of this training course the student will be able to:

1. Explore the Microsoft Office Project environment and the various views in which you can verify project information.
2. Create a new project plan.
3. Manage tasks by organizing them and setting task relationships.
