About this event

To highlight the psychosocial factor of Psychological and Social Support of the National Standard for Psychological Health and Safety in the Workplace, the Canadian Innovation Center for Mental Health in the Workplace is proud to welcome Hélène Mongauzy to deliver the session below.

Managing the Maze of Menopause

Overview

In this presentation, our guest speaker addresses the challenges of women during the transition to menopause. The focus will be on menopausal symptoms and their management, lifestyle modifications and treatment options.

For women, menopausal symptoms affect their mental health, confidence and work performance. This stage can cause relationship stress and difficulty, especially if poorly understood.

As for colleagues and managers, understanding the challenges some women face can help the workplace improve support and reduce stigma.

Federal public servants at all levels.
