2020 Virtual Annual General Meeting

• 4:00 pm – 6:00 pm - Annual General Meeting
• 6:00 pm – 6:30 pm - Incoming Directors Meeting

The Agenda for the business portion of the Annual Meeting is as follows:

1. Approval of Minutes
2. Amendments to the Manitoba Forestry Association By-Laws
3. Acceptance of Reports
4. Presentation of Audited Financial Statements
5. Appointment of Auditors
6. Presentation of 2020 Budget
7. Election of Directors
8. Any other business which may properly be brought before the Meeting
