March 29th-April 1st Trip to Toronto!

The cost of this trip is $175.00 CAD

Ticket Cost Includes:

- Round-Trip Bus Transportation

- 3-Night Standard Hotel Accommodation (King Bed + Pull-out Couch: 3 to a room or 2 Queen Beds: 4 to a room). We will be staying at the Hyatt Place Toronto/Brampton -3455 Queen Street East, Brampton, ON L6T 0J5.

- Daily Hotel Breakfast Included

- Bus trips while we are in Toronto

- All other activities are sold separately and can be purchased under the "add-ons" section.

Please remember to only purchase a ticket for yourself - if you are purchasing on behalf of someone else, make sure the ticket is in their name.

Hotel Rooms: Standard hotel accommodations are included in the $175 ticket price. The standard rooms included in the ticket are either a room with 2 queen beds (4 people to a room) or a room with one king bed + a pull-out couch (3 people to a room). If you require a shared room (own bed + one roommate) or private room (room to yourself), please select this in "add-ons". You will be responsible for covering the additional cost of the room. Shared rooms (one roommate + own bed) come to $169.50 per person for 3 nights & private rooms come to $339 per person for the 3 nights.

Roommates: If you've chosen the shared room (one roommate + own bed) or standard room options and would like to request a roommate(s), please keep an eye on your email for a Google Form and fill out your request by the week of Monday, March 25th at the LATEST.

The Morning of Departure (Friday, March 29th):You will required to show your Eventbrite QR Code before boarding the bus. Please bring a smaller carry-on sized luggage with you as the bus only has minimal space for storage. The bus will be leaving the AU parking lot at 9AM on Friday. Please be at The GLC at 8:30AM that morning to leave time for check-in.

What to Bring:

-Warm clothing (Weather will likely be around 10 degrees celsius).

-Money for food and additional activities you may wish to partake in.

-Bathing suit if you'd like to swim in the hotel pool.

-A reusable waterbottle & snacks for the bus ride.

-Comfortable footwear (we will be doing lots of walking).

-Government issued I.D.

*You MUST be above 18 years old to attend this trip.

*Please note: This trip is only open to currently enrolled AU Students. Friends and family members are not allowed on this trip.

*Refunds/ Transfer Requests will be accepted until Monday, March 18th, 2024, at 11:59 p.m. Refunds/ Transfers must be requested before or on this date.
