Booking Policy

Please arrive 30 minutes prior to start time.

All payments are non-refundable.In the event COVID-19 impacts the Farm and we are not able to proceed with your event on the date scheduled, deposits will be used as a credit towards the rebooking of your event.Tickets are transferable. We follow Environment Canada forecasts. If they are calling for severe weather or have issued a warning (i.e., 100km/hour winds, heavy storms), we will be in touch with you the day prior to your event to discuss the details.

We go rain or shine and have covered chuck wagons for inclement weather. However, if we have to cancel due to severe weather ( Hurricane, Blizzard, high winds) or lockdown as specified by the NS Dept of Health, we will notify you 6 hours prior to your event. If your event is in the morning, we will contact you at 8:00 am. If you do not hear from us, your event is a go.

COVID-19 Regulations: While this is a public event tickets are limited and depending on the size of bubbles, we are running our wagons and restaurant at half capacity. No more than 10 guests at a table and they all must know each other, masks are required on all of our sleigh rides and inside our buildings when not seated at your meal table, hand sanitizer & hand wash stations have been added throughout the property, and we have extra team members on to ensure rubber rodeo can be sanitized between groups.
