Membership Engagement / Consultation Event

This will be a 2hr event, with sessional pay and light refreshment.

The Division of Family Practice would like to invite members to take part in engagement / consultation events over the coming two months, these will focus on the development of Primary Care Networks and Patient Medical Homes for the North Shore.

The North Shore will be divided into geographical networks, each network will be comprised of multiple patient medical homes /physician practices and each network will have access to a range of services to better support their patient population.

We would like your feedback into what these services will be.
