The Mental Health Club is a monthly meet up where you can release in a no-judgment environment with other people going through similar struggles as you are. We provide a Modern Mental Health service that focuses on allowing our clients ways to purge whatever is ailing them in ways you just can't do at home or anywhere else.
What happens during the sessions stays in the session and that is understood by the teammates hosting as well as the clients attending. Like a support group, you're welcome to share as much or as little with whoever is on site without worrying about it showing up on the internet the next day or at your next court date. Everyone signs an agreement upon arrival to assure this.
Activities each month will vary and include car smashing, glow axe throwing, the famous smash room and more. Each month clients will be able to participate in whatever activities are featured throughout the 90 minutes at your leasure - we aren't here to tell you what to do, we're just here to supply the options.
