Mindfulness practice consists of being aware of external and internal experiences in the present moment. It has been proven to reduce stress and anxiety while improving concentration, inner peace, health and quality of life.
About the Instructor: Sung Yang is a mindfulness teacher, dedicated to teaching the liberating practice of mindfulness for the benefit of all. He has taught thousands of mindfulness classes at recreation centers, schools, universities, hospitals, Buddhist centers and other organizations, teaching people from all walks of life.
