We invite you to join Ariel Blau in a relaxing and invigorating workshop for a hands-on introduction to easy and concrete mindfulness practices that can do wonders to your capacity to work better and live better.

Mindfulness, the ancient technology of mind, has been proven to enhance one’s capacity to be more productive. Other benefits include keeping you in the game with burnout prevention, and honing clarity and focus, which can bring balance to your busy life.

Participants will spend the bulk of the workshop acquiring mindfulness tools that can be squeezed into a busy schedule to take advantage of all-around benefits in small incremental do-able steps.
