Help! I signed up for the wrong workshop, how can I get a refund?

We understand mistakes happen! As per our policy, refunds are not offered, however, tickets are transferable to any other workshop we have available or to a friend or family member who is interested in attending. Please contact our team ASAP.

Can two people work on one project?

Absolutely! Each person will need to pay a deposit to hold each spot. Please note that not both deposits will be returned upon completion of your project - only one deposit may be applied per project.

Will tools and materials be provided, or should I bring my own?

We'll provide the necessary tools for your project including shears, clippers, and an apron! Gardening gloves are optional, feel free to bring your own!

Is there a specific dress code?

Wear comfortable clothing and closed-toe shoes. Bring layers in case of changing temperatures.

Will there be refreshments provided?

We don't offer refreshments; however, a water cooler is available in the workshop area for refilling your water bottle. Cups are available, if needed.
