-Savory crepes with fine herbs, salmon and cheese (vegetarian options are spinach feta or mushroom chedar)
-Citron crepes with berries and whipped mascarpone cheese or choose of caramelized pears with cream anglaise.

Chef Burcu is so excited to be hosting a hands on in person Authentic French Crepes class for Mother's Day at her own kitchen! Burcu is a graduate of Le Cordon Bleu Culinary School and has over 18 years professional baking experience as Chef and over 3 years experience teaching cooking classes in Ottawa.
