Frequently asked questions

What should we wear?

For our farm tours we recommend closed-toe shoes that you don’t mind getting a little dirty (sneakers/hiking boots). If you have mud/rain boots for bad weather days. We also suggest layering in case your tour starts of cool and you warm up while enjoying the animals.

Is it 4 people per 1 ticket?

Yes that is correct. If your group is a little larger please contact us at mimosaspringsalpacas@gmail.com - we may be able to accommodate additional guests to your group at $40 per person payable at the farm.

What if we are 8 people in a group or more?

In order to maintain a staffing ratio of 8 guests to 1 staff or better, you would need to buy two or more tickets (8, 12, 16 guests) in order for us to maintain reasonable staff to guest ratio. Our goal is to have 16 guests total per session, but there is some flexibility. Contact us for details.

Are pets allowed?

Sorry - no pets are allowed. We are a working farm, and alpacas are prey animals and we do not want pets or farm animals injured in an accident.
