As a 'Pack In, Pack Out' event, we are committed to preserving the natural beauty of our venue. Please bring all essentials, including food, water, shelter, and appropriate clothing for any weather. Remember to take all your garbage with you.

Safety is our top priority. Our festival services consist of medics and support staff which are always alert and on active duty throughout the entire event. Our medics hold certifications from WorkSafeBC and/or BCEMALB, and include Primary Care Paramedics (PCPs), Emergency Medical Responders (EMRs), Level 3 Occupational First-Aid attendants (OFA3s), level 3 First Responders (fire medics), and LPNs.

Provided is a wide range of on-site services such as first-aid, emergency first response, wound care, wellness checks, a cooling and rehydration station, triage and incident management, patient transport, coordination with local BC ambulance staff, as well as harm reduction for all staff and attendees. We also meticulously document and memorialise, retain and store all patient care reports and records for all patient interactions and for all care provided. We ensure secure storage for no less than 24 months In compliance with requirements under the Health Information Protection of Privacy Act.

All Sales Are Final: Once your ticket purchase is completed, it is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for another ticket or future event.

Event Changes: In the unlikely event of a date change, lineup alteration, or any other modification to the festival, your ticket will still be valid for the rescheduled date or as otherwise specified by the event organisers. No refunds will be issued for these changes.

No Show or Missed Entry: If you are unable to attend the festival or miss the event for any reason, your ticket will not be refunded. Please plan accordingly and arrive on time to make the most of your festival experience.

Event Cancellation: In the unlikely cancellation of the festival due to unforeseen circumstances, refunds are not available. We'll strive to offer alternatives like rescheduling or future event credits.

Ticket Transfer: Can't make it? You're welcome to transfer your ticket to someone else - please contact the organizer with name change requests.
