Please join us in celebrating National Indigenous Peoples Day on Wednesday, June 21, 2023 at Shq’apthut: A Gathering Place, Nanaimo Campus.
We will share soup, bannock, and treats while celebrating Indigenous cultures across the country through a mini film festival.
A series of six Indigenous short films explore sports, medicinal plants, legendary stories, art, urban issues, pride, and more. Viewing will take about one hour.

Soup and bannock service: 11:30 am to 12:15 pm.
Viewing: 12:15 to 1:15 pm.
