Navigating Uncertainty - Group Coaching for Chaotic Times
Event Information
About this event
The one constant of the past two years? Change. Join others in this facilitated discussion on new ways to navigate change, challenge, and uncertainty.
These past few years have been tumultuous for many. Where ever you’re at in riding the waves of uncertainty, this coaching circle is designed to meet you where you’re at. We’ll connect with how we’re feeling today before diving into activities and tools to support wellbeing moving forward.
What to expect:
You'll be invited to land and arrive with a short grounding reading and breath practice. The session will be interactive and will include some teaching components. There will be opportunities to share with the group, as well as space to reflect individually. This will be a small group (max 10 people) and will be grounded in group ground rules (such as confidentiality) co-created at the start of each session. We will open and close with intention, and ask all participants to be present to show up and support one another in this space.
You will get:
- time and space to prioritize yourself
- the experience of being witnessed in community
- compassionate coaching
- encouragement to get un-stuck
- a new tool to help you navigate fear
- tangible tools to care for yourself during challenges

What clients are saying about Coaching with Maureen:
"Having Maureen on my side as a coach gave me the support I needed to move forward with the work that I want to offer in the world. Her compassionate and gentle coaching allowed me to get more specific and directed in my goals, and to take the small and pleasurable steps that have moved me along on my journey. In our process together I gained new tools which have helped to move me forward at the pace that works for my body, and with a lot more space for joy and playful inquiry." - Melissa, Project Manager & Movement Teacher
"I came to coaching to get support while "pivoting" my business online to adjust to the post-2020 landscape. I was feeling stuck and overwhelmed by the work required to launch a new business model, and frustrated by my lack of forward progress. Maux helped me break down the tasks into manageable chunks, and evaluate the best places to invest my energy. Most importantly, she helped me shift my mindset out of feeling "stuck," and into a new space of inspiration and momentum. After just a few months of coaching, I improved my time-management and created strong forward momentum on my new business ideas. I am also more relaxed and empowered now about my career, overall.” - Gabrielle Abbott, Artist, Teacher & Entrepreneur
