Description

Through this workshop, the National Council of Canadian Muslims (NCCM) will invite parents critically examine messages and stereotypes portrayed in the media, with a special focus on cultural and religious diversity. NCCM is an independent, non-partisan and non-profit organization dedicated to protecting the human rights & civil liberties of Canadian Muslims (and by extension, of all Canadians), promoting their public interests and challenging Islamophobia and other forms of xenophobia.

CHILDCARE

Childcare spaces are limited. You may register up to four children per parent.

Since this is a free event organized by the TDSB, the aim is to allow access to as many families as possible. We ask that you be respectful of this goal and if you are unable to attend, we kindly request that you cancel your registration from your Eventbrite account. Simply, log in to Eventbrite, Go to the Tickets page, and locate your order. Click your order to view order details, and then select "Cancel Order" to cancel your registration. We'll send you an email confirming the cancellation. The option to cancel will only appear on a desktop computer—not on a mobile device.
