About this event

Neurographic Art is an uncomplicated way to work with the subconscious mind through drawing. It transforms one’s stress and fear by drawing freeform lines and then later using a specific algorithm to transform the stress into a beautiful work of art. Neurographic Art combines art, art therapy, neuroscience, and psychology.

Join BIST and BIAYR for 3 Online Neurographica Sessions presented by Salima Andany, of PaintItOut!

Neurographic art is a way of drawing that recreates the outer from the inner. The world is a reflection of the beliefs we hold. 3. Neurographic Art for Goal Setting

Tired of feeling overwhelmed by your goals or ideas?

Neurographic Art promotes mindfulness and concentration, which can enhance cognitive functions over time. The meditative aspect of this art form can help improve decision-making and emotional regulation. The process of creating this kind of art is far more important than how the final piece looks. As you create, your brain is encouraged to make new neural pathways and connections surrounding the challenges you are facing in your life. We will explore a Neurographic art technique for setting goals and making them achievable through drawings, mindfulness, and self-reflection.
