Workforce WindsorEssex will be releasing our new report, Newcomers in Agri-food Careers. The report outlines the trends and barriers for newcomers to obtain careers in the agri-food sector, with recommendations for jobseekers, employment service providers, and hiring employers to increase meaningful employment opportunities for newcomers.

We will walk through the report's findings, followed by a roundtable discussion on how we can develop and implement action items from the report in the community.
