*If you are new to our organization please see the Registration note below.
Our ONLINE open-group gatherings are an opportunity to connect and to share with others who have experienced similar losses. This peer support group, facilitated by our Program Coordinator, and a trained BFO-SW volunteer, is a loss-specific meeting for adults impacted by the death of an adult sibling. Connect with others who understand what it's like to grieve the loss of a brother or sister while learning about different aspects of grief, self-care and creative expression.
** Have a pencil or pen, pencil crayons, or fine markers handy along with some paper for various creative activities--no drawing experience required! **
This meeting will run from 1:00 - 2:30pm using the ZOOM platform, and registration will be limited to 8 participants. Group guidelines, special considerations, and ZOOM meeting instructions will be provided to registered participants.
***REGISTRATION NOTE***
If you are new to BFO-SW (i.e. you haven't spoken with our Program Coordinator or a member of our Bereavement Support Team and completed a New Member Intake appointment) please visit here to submit a request for support...

Please note that if there is insufficient time for a member of our Bereavement Support Team to speak with you prior to a scheduled meeting, we will contact you to schedule an appointment at a later date so that you can attend the next scheduled support group meeting. Thank you!
NOTE: BFO-SW is supporting King's University College Social Work students who will be learning various aspects of the organization during their time with us. Some groups may be, in part, co-facilitated by students under the direct supervision of our Program Coordinator. Registered participants will be notified ahead of any meeting in which a student will be in attendance.
Please contact our Program Coordinator, Cheryl, if you require assistance to register for this meeting.
