This program runs live with your trainer on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday for 3 hours per day (9:00 am - 12:00 noon PST) with 24h online learning for 1 week.

LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® is an internationally-renowned facilitated process used by organizations to engage participants to generate innovative ideas for organizational improvement. The methodology is based on extensive research and enables people to address complex issues in a fun and engaging way.

Facilitators, trainers, educators, HR professionals, project managers, coaches, consultants, university professors, teachers, branding professionals, and strategists can be trained to apply this methodology to implement this powerful process in the work they do. Program Overview

Pre-Course with OPEN Enrolment up to one week before your program starts.

This playful and creative program includes 8 hours of pre-course work that is offered up to week month before your live classroom opens with online instruction. Our learner-focused program has been designed to meet the needs of all learning styles.

Pre-Course: (open one week before the course starts)

Our pre-course is a self-serve learning system designed to provide learners time to absorb this powerful method within their own framework for easy learning transfer. In the pre-course, you can set your own pace and work through materials with online support as needed. You will learn how to use the tools and materials along with background theory so you are ready for your live classroom experience. You can test your knowledge with an online quiz to ensure you are ready to meet the next learning challenge.

Day One: Individual Work (June 04, 2024)

The first day focuses on individual development. We will show you how you can apply this method for onboarding, leadership, and personal development, team player development, performance evaluation, and even personal learning plans.

Day Two: Teams and Group Work (June 05, 2024)

The day moves participants thorough processes where they explore individual identity and gain insight into how they can customize the tools for any number of workshops or processes, including: team, department, project, product, tech, community, brand, and organizational development.

This classroom day will include:

Day Three: Landscape and Systems Work (June 06, 2024)

The third day will provide you with an understanding of how to use the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® identity and landscape materials kit to build 3D models. These models will illustrate the complex environments where entities like teams and projects and other interconnected systems function, and how these environments “play out” in real-time.

This classroom day will include:

Live online instruction with your instructor and classmates live in real time

Day Four: Design and Deliver (June 07, 2024)

This area focuses on your unique LEGO SERIOUS PLAY methods design to meet the challenges you face ahead. Using customizable templates, you will design your individual offering and get feedback and support from trainers online. Now it the time to design and deliver your program for winning results. Marketing and sales advice will also be provided to ensure you get the best return on your investment of time and money.

By completing the registration process of purchasing a “seat” in an online course and /or an in-class course and/or being supplied with a username and password and/or accessing the Web Pages and/or the Content, you agree to abide by the following Agreement. CANCELATIONS, PAYMENTS, AND REFUNDS:
You must pay in advance the fee for each learning course for which you wish to subscribe, using the available online credit card payment system. There are no refunds available once you register and pay for an online course. We will issue refunds for in-class courses provided we receive written notice at least 30 days prior to the event and you have not yet accessed the online resources that accompany the course. If you meet these conditions, a full refund will be applied less a 20% administration fee. But why pay out fees? Just call us and make arrangements to sign up for the next training course (subject to the approval of your trainer and the Strategic Play Group Ltd.).

TIMEFRAMES:
In-class courses will have a specific time frame for completion. For participants who are unable to meet outcomes, we will provide alternative options—i.e., involvement in future training. Participants involved in online training will have access to training materials during the online delivery time frame. We can provide extensions if you provide written notice to the course facilitator, but we do not allow extensions more than six months after the start date.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS:
The Strategic Play Group Ltd., and/or its licensors own all the intellectual property rights and materials contained in the Web Pages and the online training program. You are granted limited access only for purposes of viewing the material contained on this Site and using this site as per the training program you have purchased. The materials on this site and in our training programs are for the training of facilitators only.

LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® methods are made available under the Creative Commons License. The Strategic Play® Group Ltd., has curated the open source knowledge, along with our Intellectual Property and designed our training programs based on over 40 years of working experience in the fields of Business, Art and Play Therapy, User Experience, Curriculum Design, Higher Education, Early Childhood Learning, Psychology and Psychometrics and this information is made available to you in this course when you agree to our terms of use.

YOU CANNOT:

• Use the logos belonging to the LEGO® Systems Group, Lloyd Smith Solutions, Strategic Play® and/or the Global Federation of LSP Master Trainers without expressed permission.
• Directly resell our intellectual property (ask about our referral program).
• We are the licensees and licensed trainers. You are NOT learning to be a trainer of this application or methods and you can not resell, upload, share, trade, or copy the materials.

TRADEMARK RULES:After you have completed the program as a Certified Facilitator, you have the ability to offer facilitated workshops using the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® methodology and materials.

You can tell people you have taken the training from the STRATEGIC PLAY® GROUP LTD. When you complete the training, you can say you are a trained and certified facilitator in the methods of LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY®. You must write the words: “LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® methodology”. The word LEGO® must be written in capital letters followed by the registration mark. The word SERIOUS PLAY® must be written in capital letters followed by the registration mark. The word methods or methodology must follow the words LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY®.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AND INDEMNIFICATION:
You are using this site at your own risk. In no event shall Strategic Play Group Ltd., be held liable for anything arising out of your use of the Web Pages whether such liability is under contract. Informed Consent For Assessments Taken On Our Website:
As part of taking any assessment on our site, you have been invited to participate in a research study, conducted by the Strategic Play Group Ltd. research team (we are a curious bunch). This research involves the development of an instrument to measure playful styles around the world (superhero and or playsonality). Your participation is entirely voluntary; should you choose not to participate, you are welcome to withdraw at any time. You can withdraw by not completing the questions and leaving the site. Unfortunately, Refunds will not be issued if you withdraw or for any other reason.

The information you provide will be kept strictly confidential. The informed consent forms and other identifying information will be kept separate from the data. All study records will be kept on a server which is accessible only to the research team at the secure site.

SEVERABILITY:
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid under any applicable law, such provisions shall be deleted without affecting the remaining provisions herein.
