Event Details

In November 2015, the Ontario Society of Nutrition Professionals in Public Health (OSNPPH) released a Position Statement on Responses to Food Insecurity.

This webinar will provide an overview of food insecurity in Ontario and highlight why it is an urgent issue for local, provincial and federal public policy agendas.  Responses to food insecurity and their effectiveness will be reviewed, in addition to the genesis of OSNPPH’s Position Statement, with actions and outcomes to date.
