Organizational Mentor Orientation Webinar.

Congratulations on embarking on this great relationship with the YOF Youth and Family Innovations grassroots groups. As new Organizational Mentors with the YOF, we want to support you along this journey, and share more about what the role entails and how to support groups as they launch their initiatives.

Our objective with this session is to;

• Share the vision and values for the OM model
• Review the role of OMs and explore ways to build and sustain healthy relationships with grassroots leaders and their groups
• Setting up good foundations for effective relationship building
• Share what OMs can expect from YOF

We strongly encourage you to have a lead contact from your organization join the session, especially if your organization is new to the role of the YOF Organizational Mentor.

The webinar will be held on zoom, and the link will be shared within 48 hours before the webinar.
