This annually-held event serves as a valuable platform for learning, collaboration, networking and strategizing for enhanced efficiencies in healthcare delivery.
Amidst the dynamic landscape of healthcare technology, characterized by AI advancements and market turbulence, as well as an increased administrative burden on all healthcare providers, OSCARCON 2024 aims to offer learning sessions for new and seasoned OSCAR Users and developers, and to explore how the shifting landscape will continue to impact healthcare providers and EMR users.

Sponsors can register ONE representative for free by registering under the Sponsor (pre-paid) option. Additional representatives must register as Non-Members.
Doctors who have a paid registration can bring up to 3 MOA's Guests for free - but each Guest MOA must also register themselves so that they can choose their breakout sessions and so we have accurate numbers for presenters and for catering.
No, the MOA Guest is an option for registered Doctors and their team, so you'll have to register as a paying attendee. But there is a secret "easter egg" code to get a 10% discount if you register after May 14th. Hint: OC24
We strongly encourage you to bring a laptop or other mobile device on which you can access your OSCAR EMR - some presenters will ask you to follow along with their instructional content.
Yes, a Guest Wifi code will be sent to all registrants attending prior to the event .
You can cancel up to 7 days before the event (May 25th) for the full ticket price LESS the registration fee. Alternatively, you can transfer your ticket to another attendee.
As we need to pay for guaranteed catering and other incurred costs as of May 25th, we are unable to reimburse registrations after this date, except in cases of extraordinary circumstances. Please contact us at info@oscarbc.ca
We have free group parking in the WEST PARKADE ONLY. The parking code for this lot will be included in your registration confirmation email. If you park in any other lot, you will be responsible for your own parking fees - $8.00 per day ($4.00 per hour). We cannot reimburse this.
We do not have a reserved hotel group rate, but there are several hotels nearby in the Burnaby area - we have listed some of these in our Program which you can download at: www.oscarbc.ca/events/oscarcon2024
After May 14th, when Regular Registration prices apply, you will be able to add the "easter egg" code to save with a 10% discount. Hint: OC24. This discount code will not work with any ticket purchase prior to this date.
