Come out and experience an evening of painting at the Heart Institute hosted by the Patient Alumni Association. Explore the inner artist in you. Creative art is beneficial in so many ways. It reduces stress and anxiety. Art increases brain plasticity and encourages creative thinking. These are just a few of the benefits of delving into and exploring your creative side. There is no skill level needed. Artist, Maria Connell, will guide you through your creation of this painting of sunflowers.
