Sacral Chakra: Meditate and Paint a circular canvas putting intention behind all 5 of our senses.
Come join artist a.i. Azucena for the 2nd of 7 workshops inspired by the Chakras
(orange: found under our naval) we will be guided to channel our inner artist and find confidence in being a creator.
What to expect:
- Intro to the Sacral Chakra that will include affirmations & Intention Setting through Stream of Consciousness Writing (bring a notebook, I will provide paper if need be)
- 15-min guided visual manifestation meditation before diving into painting
*essential oils will be used during this portion of the workshop
- 2 hr paint session
You will be provided with a Circular Canvas that will symbolize infinity (never ending)
I will provide modeling paste for a 3d texture to your canvases and crushed semi-precius gems for added depth and meaning.
