What is your refund policy?

All tickets are non-refundable. Tickets can be rescheduled to a future event by contacting the artist directly. Rescheduled tickets must be used within 6 months of purchase.

Is there parking?

There is free parking on site.

Are we painting inside or outside?

The West Avenue Cider House is set upon a beautiful rural backdrop with indoor and outdoor spaces. The use of these spaces is dependent on weather conditions, and the artist will determine which area of the property will be used to create the best experience possible.

What is included in the ticket price?

The ticket price includes one flight of three 5oz glasses of West Avenue's craft cider of your choice. The ticket also includes all the supplies and materials needed to create your own 16x20 inch painting.

Is food available at the venue?

Yes, at an additional cost. The West Avenue Cider House onsite bakery offers Ontario cheese and charcuterie boxes, sausage rolls, pies, butter tarts, cookies. They also offer Stone baked Pizzas in summer, soup (in winter) and often have food trucks on weekends.
