Content Advisory

Sleuth was written by Anthony Shaffer and published in 1970. This play has received numerous accolades and is worthy of production. We acknowledge that 1970 was a very different time and that some of the language and sentiments expressed in the play may not be in line with what we in the present consider to be correct or representative of our current views. We also acknowledge that the play contains violence, violent themes, and other themes which may be controversial. Cambrian Players supports the production of plays that promote conversation and explore the full range of the human experience. This show is produced in special arrangement with Samuel French, Inc.

Frequently asked questions

What is a Pay What You May performance?

A Pay What You May evening is a performance where each audience member decides what they pay to see the show. Our usual ticket prices are $20 for students/seniors and $25 for general admission. You are welcome to pay this price, attend for less, or pay a little extra to show your support.

What is a Sensory Inclusive Performance?

Sensory inclusive (SI) performances are modified to create a welcoming and supportive environment for children and adults on the autism spectrum as well as individuals with other sensitivity issues or developmental disabilities.

Is your venue wheelchair accessible?

At this time, our building is not wheelchair accessible, as there are steps to enter and washrooms are located in the basement. We are working hard to make our building accessible through our Spotlight on Inclusivity fundraising campaign. Please see our website for more information and to donate.

Do you provide accommodations for persons with diabilities?

If you require an accommodation, such as a particular seat placement due to an auditory/visual impairment, email us at info@cambrianplayers.com. We are not yet wheelchair accessible but will do everything we can to ensure you are able to safely attend and enjoy our programming. We accept PAL cards.

Is there a parking lot?

No. Our neighbourhood has on-street parking only and close spots can fill up quickly. We encourage you to carpool, arrive early, or even get dropped off to minimize parking difficulties.
