Peter Woods Quartet - Stardust of a Song


The great composers Hoagy Carmichael, Willie Nelson and Duke Ellington are the sources of inspiration for this concert which offers a soft mix of genres between classic jazz and country music. Saxophonist Pete Woods is joined by jazz scene favourites Jacob Clarke on bass and Mike T. Kerr on guitar, and Campbell Woods on vocals to give you a lyrical and warm affirmation of the power of music in life.


Think of the song-writing greats Hoagy Carmichael, Willie Nelson, & Duke Ellington as the inspirations for this concert offering a gently swinging mix of genres between classic jazz and country. Sax player Pete Woods is joined by jazz scene favourites Jacob Clarke on double-bass and Mike T. Kerr on guitar, and he adds the sweet singing of Campbell Woods to the combo to treat you to a lyrical and heart-warming affirmation of the power of music in life.
