BOMA Ottawa are proud to offer ongoing professional development for professionals in Commercial Real Estate.

The Plan Reading for Commercial Construction is a half day “hands-on” seminar aimed to help registrants in the reading of construction blueprints as a foundational skill in property management.

This half day course, offered in cooperation and partnership with Algonquin College, provides an introduction to plan reading for commercial construction projects.

Working with a set of typical working drawings, the course takes participants through the basics of blueprint reading and covers the important topics.

This course is $350.00 plus HST.

Who developed the course material?

The course material is developed by BOMA Ottawa together with Algonquin College and will be delivered by an Algonquin College instructor in their state of the art Downtown Learning Centre.

Who will be teaching the course?

Ryan Gannon is an instructor with Algonquin. He has an undergraduate degree in Architecture from Carleton. He has a strong background in developing real estate building standards and began his career in the private sector with small design groups before transitioning to the public sector.

Where do I get my Course material?

Registrants will receive course material and final instructions directly from Algonquin College. If you do not receive your material please contact BOMA at administration@bomaottawa.org.
