Have a question for the teachers? Take advantage of these office hours to get your question answered. Join in and benefit from the learning of others.

Bring your question to the session or submit it beforehand.

If you are unable to attend live, you can register to receive access to the recording for up to one week after the office hour finishes. In this case, if you have a question you will need to submit it beforehand.

Details on how to submit your question will be sent to you along with the connection or recording details when you register.

These sessions are offered on the progressive and precious practive of dāna.

**Special Ticket Option: Joining as a Video Participant:

As well as the ability to watch and to send questions via the chat function, there are also a limited number of slots are available to join the office hours session directly as a video participant. We encourage you to use this opportunity to help make the sessions more interactive and engaging for everyone. To join in video mode, minimum requirements are:

- Have a Google account and get familiar with Google Hangouts On Air. (Practice with friends or Sangha if it is new to you.)
- Arrive 10 minutes early so you can be added to the call without disrupting the actual session.
- When you are not directly asking your question, make sure you are on mute and not distracting attention in any other way (eating, drinking, moving around etc.).
- When you register for the office hours, select the "Video Participant" ticket option above.
- Come with a good question!

Because video slots are limited, some priority may be given to people active and generous in karma yoga who have limited opportunity to directly interact with the teachers.
