About this event

SPRA’s Play Leadership training provides play program leaders with knowledge and skills to plan and coordinate safe, accessible and enjoyable play opportunities for children in Saskatchewan. The training is organized into five (5) modules, each dealing with a core competency for the Play Leader.

Play Leadership training has been successfully implemented in Saskatchewan for many years! This new, virtual on-demand training allows Play Leaders to participate at a time, place and pace that is convenient or ideal for them. Introductory pricing in effect until Spring 2024.

Prerequisite required: HIGH FIVE® Principles of Healthy Child Development (PHCD)

Upon successful registration, learners will receive a confirmation email that contains a link and password to access the Play Leadership training. A complimentary SPRA Play Leader’s manual will be mailed to learners upon completion of the on-demand training.

A SPRA Play Leadership certificate will be issued to those completing the training and having the required HIGH FIVE® PHCD prerequisite
