Join us for a day of creativity! Gates open at 8am and close at 8pm.

If you are a proficient Plein Air artist looking for a new location to paint - we have natural areas as well as heritage farm scapes. Drop in for bit to meet like minded creatators. No registeration is required. (eventbrite ticket servers only as a reminder)

If you are new to the idea of painting outdoors then we have some workshop for you to choose from. We are partnering with Oakville Art Socity who has arranged for 2 instructors and 3 workshops. There is no additional cost to participant in the workshops (park permit IS required). ALL workshop participants must register with Oakville Art Society. (eventbrite ticket servers only as a reminder).


Dogs are not permitted in workshops.


Bring your own equipment including food and refreshments - no food services on site.


Park Permit $18/ car - purchase at gate or 5 days in advance.


Each workshop is limited to 15 participants.

General park access for DIY painters can accommodate many more.

What equipment will I need?

If painting on your own or with your friends - please supply ALL of your own equipment. Picnic table are available. Walking will be needed - all paths and trails are gravel. IF Joining a workshop specific equipment list is available upon registration with Oakville Art Society.

Do I still need to buy a park pass/ permit?

Yes, an Ontario Parks permit is required. There is no additional cost for participation in workshops. $18/ car or an Summer/ annual Ontario Parks vehicle permit.
