These two half days focuses on a project you are leading: you will develop practical skills in building a strong team, getting buy-in, having difficult conversations, and strategic planning; you will walk away with a detailed customized plan to set up your project for success.
Participants must attend both June 8, and 15 from 9am - 12 pm
