PLUS 3A - Administrative Leadership

This four-part virtual course will run June 18, 25, July 9, 16, 2021 from 9am-12pm. It focuses on enhancing your technical skills in administrative leadership. This course is ideal for all those who've worked their way up to a leadership role but still feel like there are activities they need to engage in that they've never been taught how to do.

By the end of this program you will be able to:

1) Set up committees for success,

2) Run effective and efficient meetings,

3) Manage your time to focus on priorities, and
