About this event

🗣️ Calling all depth explorers, budding poets, contemplative dreamers, and journaling queens (and kings! 👑)!

Join us Wednesday mornings at 8am, for collective poetic journaling to explore your unique voice through guided reflection, mindfulness, and embodiment practices.

This is for you if:

👉you want to speak out and take up space, but you're not sure what you're passionate about

👉 you have a budding interest in exploring the relationship between the human and more-than-human as a generative source of creativity

👉you feel like you haven't got a unique creative voice, or nothing interesting to say

👉 you're always craving more depth to your connections, but never seem to grasp it

👉 you love journaling and writing, but so far you've not taken it to the next level and shared it

Part collective inqury practice, part poetry club ✍️ where we get to deepen our self-awareness, relational intimacy, and add fuel to our creative capacities.

Each session will consist of:
➡️ Check -ins, context setting
➡️ Offering an active inquiry/theme and journal prompts
➡️ Silent writing time
➡️ Sharing an excerpt of our writing with the group
➡️ Feedback on the impact of presencing each other's creations (no place for judgement or critique here, just positive impact vibes🧘)

Invitations:
1. Have writing tools on hand
Please bring a journal/notebook and a pen/pencil. You're encouraged to use paper and pen (vs laptop, tablet, otherwise) as it aids in emotional processing, conducive to the authentic creative emergence.

2. Camera on, sound off (at first)
Most of the session will be spent together in silence. There will be moments where you'll be invited to share a check-in/check-out, a passage of your writing, and offer feedback toward the end of the session.

3. Place any questions in the chat and I'll do my best to answer them as they come up.

4. Your favorite thirst-quenching elixir doesn't hurt ;)

5. Bring a playful mind, a caring heart, and patient surrender to the magic of the pen!

We meet online using Google Meet.
Please note: Payment (via eTransfer or Paypal) must be sent prior to this time.
Google Meet link will be sent after payment is received.
