The transition to parenthood is one of the most significant life events that a person can experience. Our free in-person Prep 4 Parenting class is designed to help you feel more empowered and confident in your transition to parenthood, and covers topics such as:
- Caring for a new baby.
- Attachment and bonding.
- Baby's brain development and early connections.
- Maintaining a healthy relationship with your partner.
- Developing a relationship with your new baby.
- Postpartum mental health.
- Your support networks and more!
This in-person class is designed for expectant parents and parents and caregivers with infants ages 0 to 6 months. This class is only offered in English.
