CJ Bawa (trainer) is an Authorized Training Facilitator, approved by PMI Inc., USA.

CJ is a passionate, results-driven, and enthusiastic Lean Six Sigma trainer and public speaker with over 26 years experience in transforming professionals and organizations. CJ's experience includes working for large private automobile organizations like Honda, Daewoo, and in the public sector with the City of Mississauga.

In June 2017, he started his Project Management & Lean Six Sigma training and coaching firm, QCDMS consultants. Since then, he has trained 11,000 professionals, including more than 300 project teams from 100 different organizations across GTA. He learned the Japanese way of Project Management, some of his successful projects include:
