PSW - Certification Workshop

This Certification Workshop provides an excellent opportunity for you to receive Standard First Aid, CPR Level C, and Mask Fit certificates and fulfill these three Non-Academic Requirements (NARs) for PSW Placement.

Kindly select ONLY ONE date for attending this workshop on campus. It is important to choose this date carefully, as once selected, NO changes will be allowed.

*PLEASE NOTE - Review the linked Certification Workshop Guide document in the "Placements (PS)" course on Canvas​ BEFORE attending the workshop.

*MASK FIT TEST - Do not eat, drink any liquids (except for water), smoke, or chew gum at least 30 minutes before the mask fit test. Students must be clean shaven on the day of mask fitting.

This workshop is exclusively for FCT PSW Students Semester 1.

Students who have completed Standard First Aid and CPR Level C with an external provider and wish to register only for the Mask Fit Test should contact placements@flemingcollegetoronto.ca. Please note that you will be required to provide proof of Standard First Aid and CPR Level C completion from an external provider to be eligible.
