Event Description
The Public Knowledge Project (PKP) continues to grow because of the input and support of a great many international contributors. There is no PKP (or OJS, OMP, and OPS) without the contributions, and collaborations, of this network. This meeting will provide an update on PKP activities and advancements over the 2023 fiscal year.
You are invited!
People who may benefit from joining this meeting include (but is not limited to) PKP contributors and community members, development partners and specialists, in-kind contributors, users, editors, managers, scholarly societies, libraries and librarians, digital initiative specialists, and those involved in and affected by scholarly publishing and communications.
You don’t have to be an expert in software development to join in!
If you are a stakeholder in open access, and are curious, or have ideas about how PKP’s open infrastructure can contribute to opening access to independent scholarly communications and independent scholarly publishing, you are also invited (e.g., university librarians, journals thinking of flipping from corporate publishers, stakeholders curious about sustainability in diamond open access).
