About this event

As the year draws to a close, we're reflecting on all of the changes that have happened in our industry over 2023 — and no area has seen more changes than social media.

At this special coffee chat SIGS, we'll talk about the biggest changes in social to be aware of, including everything from what and how we measure, to what platforms reign supreme. Connect with others in public sector communications whether you're new to social and finding your footing or a seasoned professional getting a taste for what other organizations are doing. As an added bonus, we'll also be discussing the best way to frame these changes to your teams and the wider organization as you're rolling out your 2024 social plans!

Bring questions, bring opinions, and as always bring an open mind as we navigate the ever-changing social media waters together.
