Learn Rajyoga meditation practice to experience peace, inner strength, and wisdom through 'yoga for the mind'.

Explore how to:

This course includes learning the Rajyoga meditation technique, spiritual knowledge, discussions, questions, and answers.

Every Sunday from 7-8 PM for 8 weeks

Number of Sessions: 8 (Meet online on Zoom)

ONLINE: A ZOOM meeting link will be emailed to you 2 days prior to the event, please check your SPAM folder as well. Please download ZOOM software on your device and test before the event if you are new to zoom.

PRACTICE MEDITATION

On Fridays, join us for Rajyoga meditation by connecting on video communication platform Zoom. In this session, we will reflect, introspect and change ourselves for the better. You can join any time between 6:30 to 7:30 and do meditation on guided commentary and relaxing music. Open to all. Re-energize, Refresh yourself. Join us. Please register to join.

MEDITATION FOR THE WORLD

Whether or not you know how to meditate, join us on the third Sunday of each month to dedicate 60 minutes of your time to radiating peace, love and care to our world. Open to all.
