Come and join us for a fun day of demonstrations and learning, designed to improve your own set of “Beekeeping Toolkits”. Experienced and successful beekeepers talk of developing the following skill sets:

• Your mental game - how to deal with what you see regardless of what you planned

• Your physical toolkit - what should your personal bee kit include?

• The skills and techniques to use your tools efficiently and to manage your bees calmly while getting the job done

Please be sure to RSVP as this will allow volunteers to ensure enough food and other supplies are ready for the right number of attendees.

Located in beautiful British Columbia, Canada, the Richmond Beekeepers Association welcomes both commercial and hobby beekeepers of all levels.  The RBA, with over 160 members representing all Metro Vancouver municipalities, is the largest bee club in the GVRD.

The Association provides beekeepers with the opportunity to network, share information and resources, build community and have fun.  There are numerous club activities such as monthly meetings, mentoring and educational information, and equipment rentals.
