County Discussions for People Who Use Substances

We aim to make the forum welcoming for all community members in Wellington County, including people who use substances. In addition to the event on May 16th, we will also host a community conversation for people who use substances that will take place in April. These conversations will be a space for people who use substances to come together and share their experiences in the County. This might include conversations about harm reduction approaches, gaining a better understanding of how people access substance use services, and recommendations for improving access in the County. Food will be provided at these events. Dates and locations are TBD. More information will be posted on this page shortly, or reach out to jhopkins@guelphchc.ca if you have questions.
