Reiki Level 1 Training is an illuminating initiation into the ancient art of energy healing. This foundational course is designed for both newcomers and those seeking to deepen their understanding of Reiki, offering a comprehensive introduction to the principles and practices that form the bedrock of this transformative healing modality. By the end of Reiki Level 1 Training, you will have acquired the foundational skills and knowledge necessary to practice Reiki on yourself and others. This training sets the stage for a lifelong journey of exploration and growth, inviting you to become an active participant in your own healing, while sharing the gift of Reiki with others.

No prior experience or knowledge is required. Reiki Level 1 Training is open to everyone, regardless of background or experience.
Yes.
After the training, there is a 21-day self-reiki practice that you will participate in and after 21-days, you will meet with your teacher and group over zoom to have any of your questions answered. There is also an opportunity to further your training with Reiki level 2. For now, focus on Reiki 1.
Yes. There is an elevator. Let us know beforehand and we will guide you from the entrance to the training room. We strive to ensure that our training locations are accessible to all participants. If you have specific accessibility requirements, please contact the organizer in advance.
Yes. Pack a lunch, beverage and snacks. There are nearby places to purchase lunch if you choose.
There is underground parking right next door to Brows By Yael studio where Reiki training will take place. There's also free street parking along Pape, which is 2 streets away from Carlaw.
There are no refunds for this training. If you're unable to make it, contact the organizer and discuss other options to receive your reiki attunement along with your reiki training workbook.
