Course Description
SPSS is a very popular software at CAMH and outside. However, much of the analyses done in SPSS is not reproducible as it uses Point & Click and the Graphic User Interface. In this workshop we will show you how to perform your statistical analysis in SPSS in a way that it is reproducible. To ensure the workshop is useful to all, we will focus on reproducibility and will not cover advanced analyses.
Topics covered will include:
- SPSS features that allow for reproducible research
- Using SPSS Syntax
- Example of Reproducible research in SPSS Syntax
Prerequisites
- Familiarity with SPSS is recommended
- Access to SPSS is necessary if attendees wish to follow along
