About this event

Restorative Well-Being: Self-Care, Pandemic Style | Presented by Maggie Gough, Founder and CEO of Realize Wellbeing and hosted by People & Culture - Health and Well-Being

Description | There is a difference between being healthy to be better and being healthy because you're already worth it. Operating in the foundational truth that wellbeing is an amplification of your joy, connection, and self care - we reject the myth that wellbeing is a destination only achieved when one becomes good enough, disciplined enough, or any other better version of oneself. Leading wellness expert, Maggie Gough, will help you restore wellbeing in the life you are living right now

Meet Your Presenter | Maggie is the founder and CEO of Realize Wellbeing. She has become a nationally recognized expert in the field of human wellness and is dedicated to empowering others. With an undergraduate degree in Dietetics and training as a pastoral care provider, she has developed a unique lens to ignite a revolutionary health & wellness movement.

Please note: This Lunch and Learn will be held via MS Teams. Sam Nielsen, Campus Wellness Advisor, will send you a calendar invite with the invite link. If you do not receive an email, please message her at snielsen@tru.ca. Please note that TRU OLFM's are unable to invoice their time when attending this presentation.
